I have been on the DIYHCG for 9 days and I have weighed myself daily and I am down 8 pounds already!!!! Such an encouragement to see the progress of being very diligent to do as the recommendations state !!! And..... they make it fairly easy- with the recommended foods and sources!!!! I am loving this package so far. I am now 5 days into my diet, and I've lost 9.2lbs. My favorite things about the package: IT'S A GREAT STARTER KIT FOR WHEN YOU'RE UNSURE OF WHAT TO BUY. - Drops do NOT have an awful taste. - Bread sticks taste like bread sticks and not like diet cardboard. - You get a sample stevia packet (this was good for me, because I was able to try it and see if I liked it before buying a whole box) - The Louisiana sweet and spicy seasoning is amazing. I literally do not cook without it. - The salad dressing is not too strong. It's very mild. I use it on lettuce (for a salad), I also put a little over tuna, with a light squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper when I make my tuna lettuce wraps. There is much more in the package, I just haven't gotten to it all yet. - Oh that bbq sauce... Yummy! - Most importantly, the manual will be your diet bible. It gives you exact instructions on how to lose weight effectively. It gives you suggestions on cravings, gives you an hgc good guide along with daily meal plans and recipes. Every question you will have about the diet will be answered in the manual. I'm never hungry (and I like to eat). My starting weight was 208.4, and I'm 199.2 (I did a little dance this morning when I saw I didn't have a 2 in the front of my weight! As someone who has dieted before and didn't really get the results I wanted, I am so thrilled I got this package.
